How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any moment. You only have to click here and enter some information so we will cancel your membership.

You can also send an email to our customer support during business hour and our staff will cancel your membership.

You will receive an email as a confirmation of your cancellation.

 

I forgot my password, what can I do ?

Simply click here and check out your email. We will ask you to put the email you used when you join the site and you should receive your username and password in your mailbox.

Can’t access the members section. What can I do?

  • Check out if you didn't mistyped your login information. Use only lowercase.
  • If you forgot your password, simply click here
  • If you are not already a member, you can join the site by clicking here
  • Maybe your account is expired, if you want to extend your membership, just click here
  • If you have been redirected on a Pennywize warning page, please contact the support@peternorth.com and they will investigate on this issue as soon as possible.
  • If you never received a username / password to access the member area after processing your credit card on Ibill.com's secure pages, Please contact the support@peternorth.com and they will provide you new ones as soon as possible.

How can I pay for a membership ?

You simply have to go to the join page and fill up all information and choose the method payment you want.

I’m experiencing problems with videos.

  • If you need media player click here to download or update your version.

  • If the pop up authorisation still there after fill in valid username and password (this problem was cause by the februrary 2003 patch for ie).You can click here to download the latest microsoft update to fix this problem.
  • If videos don't play by default in media player, you'll need to do this step by step procedure.
    • Open Media Player, and choose "tool" on the top menu.
    • Then chose option, this will bring the option window.
    • Choose "files type" and uncheck all check boxes.
    • Then Click "Apply"
    • Click the "select all" button then Click "Apply". Voila!!!
